As a seasoned Marketing Leader from the Ed-Tech industry, you will be responsible for heading the marketing vertical and driving brand visibility, digital performance, and customer acquisition across online and offline channels. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive 360 marketing strategies encompassing Digital, ATL, BTL, and TTL. You will lead end-to-end brand, communication, and campaign strategies to enhance market presence while owning and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets. Ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, offline campaigns, and vendor collaborations will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, analyzing customer behavior, defining customer personas, and improving targeting strategies will be crucial in your role. You will be expected to drive performance marketing through various channels such as SEO, SEM, affiliate networks, paid ads, and remarketing. Managing web, CRM, and email campaigns utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc., will also fall under your purview. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Business teams to align goals and maximize ROI is essential. Monitoring the competitive landscape and adapting marketing strategies dynamically will be necessary for success. Furthermore, partnering with digital agencies and third-party vendors to meet campaign goals and planning and executing offline marketing events, webinars, and community-led programs are important aspects of the role. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a Head of Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in leading Ed-Tech companies like BYJU'S, Unacademy, UpGrad, Simplilearn, etc. Hands-on experience in running successful digital campaigns and performance marketing strategies is required. Deep understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, social platforms, SEO tools, CRM, and automation platforms is essential. Strong experience with webinar marketing, affiliate marketing, and BTL activations is preferred. Additionally, possessing strong leadership skills to guide, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, as well as experience working closely with creative, content, product, and sales teams, is beneficial. An analytical mindset with robust reporting and optimization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a B.Tech / MBA qualification preferred with Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will be advantageous. Experience in the global training or online learning business will be a strong plus for this role.,
