Qualifications Required: - **Proven Community Experience:** 2+ years creating and managing user communities (experience in tech, no-code, or developer communities is a plus). - **No-Code Enthusiasm:** Familiarity with tools like Bubble, Webflow, Zapier, or Airtable, or eagerness to become an expert quickly. - **Outstanding People Skills:** Demonstrated empathy, communication skills, and the ability to bring people together around a common goal. - **Content Creation & Storytelling:** Comfortable with writing blog posts, newsletters, or leading virtual workshops/webinars. - **Event Planning & Facilitation:** Experience organizing meetups, hackathons, or digital events both online and in-person. - **Startup Mindset:** Willingness to wear multiple hats, experiment with new ideas, and adapt to evolving priorities. - **Bonus:** Experience with product feedback loops, user research, or forming strategic partnerships in a community context. Join Fuzen to shape the future of how no-code developers collaborate, learn, and innovate on our platform. Benefit from a flexible and impactful work environment where your daily actions directly influence platform growth and community health. Collaborate with a forward-thinking team that values creativity, openness, and continuous learning, with opportunities for professional growth into a more senior community leadership role as the company scales.
