Job Description

As a Community Success Manager at Fuzen, you will play a crucial role in cultivating, engaging, and expanding the no-code developer ecosystem. Your main responsibilities will involve building a vibrant online community, organizing events, and nurturing talented no-code developers. In addition, you may also provide support in client or freelancer coordination as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Community Building & Engagement:** - Design and implement strategies to grow and activate the no-code developer community. - Organize events, webinars, and online discussions to encourage skill-sharing and collaboration. - Develop community guidelines, success stories, and best practices to drive platform adoption. - **Communication & Content:** - Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and fostering engagement. - Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, and community forums to keep members informed and excited about Fuzen's platform. - **Advocacy & Evangelism:** - Represent Fuzen at relevant online and offline events to advocate for community needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to shape new product features that benefit no-code developers. - **Early-Stage Flexibility:** - Assist in project coordination or freelancer matching, especially during the initial growth phase. - Ensure smooth project execution and gather user feedback by liaising with customers and freelancers when necessary. - **Metrics & Continuous Improvement:** - Monitor community growth, engagement, and retention metrics. - Use insights from community interactions to refine engagement strategies and enhance the user experience. - Present ideas for building better processes and driving overall platform adoption. **Qualification Required:** To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with: - Proven Community Experience: 2-5 years of experience creating and managing user communities, preferably in tech, no-code, or development communities. - No-Code Enthusiasm: Familiarity with tools like Bubble, Webflow, Zapier, or Airtable, or a strong willingness to quickly become proficient in these tools. - Outstanding People Skills: Ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and unite people around common goals. - Content Creation & Storytelling: Comfortable producing blog posts, newsletters, and leading virtual workshops or webinars. - Event Planning & Facilitation: Experience organizing meetups, hackathons, or digital events either online or in-person. - Startup Mindset: Willingness to adapt, experiment with new ideas, and take on multiple responsibilities. - Bonus: Experience with product feedback loops, user research, or forming strategic partnerships within a community context.,
