You will be located in Wagle Estate, Thane (W), Maharashtra and will be required to conduct field visits as part of your full-time role. Reporting directly to the Founder, we are seeking a qualified phlebotomist with 0-3 years of experience to lead our field team and manage the field deployment of our medical diagnostic devices. Please note that candidates from the clinical research field should refrain from applying, as this role is specifically for phlebotomists. Your responsibilities will include operating and training on medical device-based diagnostic tests, overseeing sample collection at field sites, coordinating health camps and screening programs, and assessing the impact of projects. You will also need to liaise with medical professionals, manage field testing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. To be eligible for this role, you must have a BSc/MSc in Medical Lab Technology (BMLT), 0-3 years of experience in diagnostics and field implementation, strong MS Office skills, and proficiency in English and Hindi communication. Additionally, being well-organized, having knowledge of diagnostics standards such as NABL, and the ability to manage people and processes effectively are preferred qualities.
