As a Community Partnerships Manager at Socialout, located in Vasai West with a hybrid work option, you will play a vital role in onboarding and engaging offline/online communities. Your primary responsibility will be to position Socialout as the preferred platform for hosting events and sharing content within these communities. By establishing and nurturing strong relationships, your goal will be to convert these communities into active users on our platform. Your key responsibilities will include reaching out to colleges, artist groups, and niche communities to introduce them to Socialout. You will be pitching our platform, proposing co-branded or exclusive event collaborations, and working towards driving engagement and user activity. Utilizing CRM tools, you will track your outreach efforts and conversions to ensure the success of these partnerships. To excel in this role, you should have 0-1 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community roles, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Your familiarity with outreach strategies, storytelling techniques, and CRM tools will be advantageous. A genuine passion for community building and events will enable you to thrive in this position.
