Community Resource Person (CRP)

Job Description: You will be working in Lucknow rural communities to develop community resource persons who can facilitate the initiation of comprehensive manpower development and utilization programs. The major problems inhibiting the development of such manpower programs include the fragmentation of social welfare programs and lack of total community concern and involvement. These issues are believed to result from the inability to define action roles or to construct a vehicle through which effective action can be carried out. Responsibilities: - Provide continuity and incentive as a full-time staff person. - Support local leaders in determining problems, analyzing resources, delineating program and service gaps, and identifying program responsibility.
