The candidate will bring knowledge and passion about social media trends and influencer engagement which they can share to build effective community campaigns for Honasa Consumer and its various brands. You will work within the team to manage existing relationships and forge new ones, apply logic and experience to plan and execute focused campaigns. Develop campaigns grounded in a strategic approach by gathering audience, market, and business insights. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers. Manage influencer marketing campaigns from initial response through to post-campaign reporting, including campaign activation and talent content creation. You will be responsible for managing and engaging with the online community to build brand awareness. Support campaign budget management and ensure deadlines and key milestones are met. Understand the finance processes and support client billings. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and community campaigns, preferably in consumer-facing organizations. Ability to manage campaigns across multiple social media platforms. Ability to deliver creative content ideas. Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels. Excellent writing language and communication skills. Ability to work well alone as well as with different departments across the business.,
