We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to take on the responsibility of leading solution design, architecture, and development within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components. Your role will involve collaborating directly with clients to understand their business and technical needs, and then designing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices and performance optimization guidelines. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring code quality, design integrity, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits. Your expertise should cover Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex development, along with designing and implementing integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware platforms. In this position, you will lead deployment activities, participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will also involve providing technical mentorship to junior developers, supporting testing activities, and promoting knowledge sharing within the team. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 9 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Salesforce Architect role. Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud is essential, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce data model, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and workflow automation. Experience with CI/CD tools, source control (Git), and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce CLI) is required. Additionally, Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant would be advantageous. Any exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud and community architecture, as well as experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and familiarity with DevOps best practices, would be considered a plus.
