Community and reception lead

As the Community & Reception Lead at our coworking space in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive community. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the front desk area is not just a desk but the heart of our member experience. Your dedication to elevating how members feel and making every day better will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Greet members, visitors, and clients with warmth and professionalism, serving as the face of our community - Manage day-to-day reception operations including check-ins, check-outs, and responding to calls and emails - Coordinate meeting/board room bookings, ensuring smooth setup and readiness - Address routine issues independently or escalate to the operations team when necessary - Maintain the lobby and reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner - Assist in organizing and executing member events and onsite programs - Share ideas and suggest small improvements to enhance member experience and workspace culture Requirements / Qualifications: - Strong command of English with excellent communication and customer service skills - Warm, approachable demeanor with high attention to detail - Presentable and professional appearance - Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office, email, and calendars - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field - Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred - Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment Other Info: This role is specifically for male candidates and requires full-time, in-person availability.
