We are looking for a passionate English Communicative Trainer who can enhance our students’ spoken English proficiency, confidence, and professional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classes on spoken English and communication skills.
• Train students in grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.
• Develop students’ public speaking, presentation, and interview skills.
• Create interactive learning activities to build real-world communication confidence.
• Assess and track student progress through tests and evaluations.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Communication / Linguistics / Education.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in spoken English or communication training.
• Excellent command of English with clear pronunciation and engaging teaching style.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate or academic communication training.
• Knowledge of soft skills and personality development.
• Certification in TESOL / TEFL / ESL will be an added advantage.
