We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in Micro Finance and MLAP. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Micro Finance and MLAP products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships. Familiarity with inclusive banking principles and practices.
