Experience with English for Specific Purposes (ESP), particularly technical English or business English, is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team effectively. Willingness to travel frequently to various NIAT campuses nationwide as required for quality audits and instructor development. Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning (e.g., Learning Management Systems, online collaboration tools, virtual classrooms). Preferred Skills Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or equivalent. Experience working in a technology-focused educational environment, specifically with engineering or IT students. Familiarity with the Indian higher education landscape and student needs.
