You should have hands-on experience with software development tools and frameworks, understanding of hardware-software interaction, and proficiency in version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously or as part of a multidisciplinary team are essential.
