Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support, product information, and service recommendations to customers during the sales process. Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of required parts and materials for service jobs. Assign service requests to technicians based on skill level, availability, and workload. Address any issues or concerns raised by customers and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service orders, work performed, parts used, and customer communications. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in in any field Fresher / experienced Experience in Tally software Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
