We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling mortgage products and services. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and related products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with clients to understand their financial needs and provide solutions.
