Communication Intern

You will be working with Quest Alliance, a not-for-profit trust dedicated to equipping young individuals with 21st-century skills through self-learning. As a Communications Intern, your primary responsibilities will include: - Drafting and managing the monthly content calendar in coordination with program teams - Scheduling social media posts on all Quest Alliance platforms - Writing and editing content for newsletters, blogs, and the website - Researching trends, content ideas, and campaign themes - Supporting engagement monitoring and basic analytics reporting - Compiling and adapting stories, case studies, testimonials, and photos for digital use - Coordinating with the design team for content production (graphics, videos, etc.) - Ensuring brand consistency across communication channels - Assisting with documentation of ongoing campaigns and communications assets You should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent writing and editing skills - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools - Interest in storytelling, education, or the social impact sector - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup In this role, you will gain exposure to communications strategy in the development sector, hands-on experience in content planning, creation, and distribution, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a chance to contribute to meaningful, youth-centered impact work.
