Under the brand PuREPower, PURE has ventured into Energy Storage Products for Home, Commercial, and Grid scale applications. With a vertically integrated approach, PURE conducts complete in-house design, engineering, and manufacturing of Energy Storage products at its factory in Sangareddy, Telangana. The company's management team boasts significant experience from academia and the energy industry. This is an opportune moment to enter the Energy Storage industry in India, with a projected deployment of over 200 GWh of grid scale Energy Storage by FY30. PURE is well-equipped financially to establish a strong presence in this sector, focusing on Research & Development and a technology-driven approach. As part of the team at PURE, we are searching for a dynamic PR professional who possesses a genuine passion for developing impactful narratives and driving storytelling across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in communication functions, especially within the energy and renewable sector. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate and devise outreach campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. - Generate compelling and noteworthy content such as articles, press releases, social media posts, and internal presentations. - Conduct research based on content briefs and craft tailored content for media outreach. - Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with the media across relevant publications. - Coordinate and cooperate with PR agencies. - Engage with key stakeholders to explore business growth opportunities. - Plan, coordinate, and execute events/round tables to bolster brand building efforts. - Maintain pitch decks, media coverage records, and generate reports. - Develop and implement digital and PR campaigns aligned with the company's growth strategy. Personal Traits & Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a PR agency or corporate setting handling clients in the energy/renewable sector for PR and digital activities. - Proficient in content writing. - Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Established relationships with the media across various platforms. - Ability to adapt swiftly and think strategically in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in managing influencer relationships is advantageous. - Knowledge of creative design tools is desirable but not obligatory.
