A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of designing experience across multiple platforms are required, with a minimum of 3 years as a senior visual and interaction designer or equivalent practical experience. Moreover, experience in responsive web design, iOS, Android, and eCommerce will be beneficial. A degree in Design, User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction, Mass Communications, or a related field is preferred. An excellent grasp of the design thinking and prototyping process is required, including product/interaction/visual, with the ability to move from pencil on paper to layout to pixel-perfect handoff using tools such as Sketch, Invision, and Zeplin. Stellar interaction and visual skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends. Expert communication and presentation skills are crucial, with the ability to clearly present your work and advocate design rationale. You will have experience working in and navigating a corporate environment independently and delivering successful design for responsive web, iOS, and Android. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of designing for multiple platforms experience, with 3+ years as a senior visual and interaction designer or equivalent practical experience, are required. Additionally, experience building efficient, scalable systems or in eCommerce, along with a bachelor's in Design, User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction, Mass Communications, or related field, will be beneficial for this role.,
