Communication Faculty / Trainer

We are now expanding our academic team and looking for a passionate Communication Faculty to mentor and inspire our students.

Role Overview:

As a Communication Faculty, you will play a key role in developing students’ verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, helping them become confident and career-ready professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive sessions on English communication, presentation skills, and interview preparation.
• Design and deliver lessons to improve students’ fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
• Train students on group discussions, public speaking, and corporate communication.
• Provide individual feedback and support for personal skill development.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance soft skills training modules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Communication / Journalism / HR / related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, or corporate communication preferred.
• Positive attitude and the ability to engage learners effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
