We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain high customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and related products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
