As a Sales and Business Development Manager at our fast-growing SEO company, you will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This includes tasks such as forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and managing conversion rates. You will develop a deep understanding of our company's offerings and craft a compelling value proposition tailored to meet the unique business needs of potential clients. Your role will involve formulating sales strategies for both domestic and international markets, encompassing outbound and cold reach outs, inbound lead generation, and referrals. Additionally, you will lead and inspire a team of business development professionals to drive revenue growth and promote our full range of services. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to develop effective communication materials for sales and business development purposes. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing all necessary documentation for requests for proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with the legal and finance teams. Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, will also be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, with a strong background in direct sales within internet marketing, IT, or web development. Experience in managing a sales team of two or more individuals for lead generation, meeting scheduling, and presentations is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in website development, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing is required. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills are essential, along with a keen attention to detail and strong persuasive abilities. Qualifications for this position include a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Business, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or business development.
