Key Responsibilities Lead a content development team to produce targeted and engaging communication for customers, aligned with business goals. Design and manage customer communication campaigns aimed at improving policy renewals through non-intrusive, value-driven messaging. Track and optimize campaign performance using analytical tools, ensuring high ROI and persistency improvement.
