As a part of our high-impact Talent & Organization / human potential team, you will help drive the following YOUR ROLE Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Change Communications Specialist in our T&O practice, a typical day might include: - Discovering stakeholders challenges & expectations and define and execute a Communications strategy and plan to support business transformational change programs, in line with the Change approach and strategy. - Conducting stakeholder engagement sessions across various levels in the client organization to gain buy-in and explain transformation benefits - Co-creating solutions and conducting stakeholder meetings for comms need analysis - Creating and implementing robust communications strategies that prepare an organization to put new business processes into practice - Assisting clients in developing their change communications capability and becoming more agile businesses - Planning and executing end-to-end Communication Campaigns involving strategic design, content writing, creative media development and communications measurement - Strategizing and supporting Change Branding and Communications interventions for different stakeholder segments using multiple communication channels and platforms - Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications - Developing and executing social and digital communication strategies, managing employee communities, curating content and narratives to engage diverse stakeholder groups - Guiding and working closely with a team of Graphic Designers to develop engaging communications for different media platforms - Applying and implementing Communications Analytics in day-to-day project work measurement of campaigns using digital tools, apps etc. - Coaching and mentoring junior team members to develop next gen comms thought leadership assets etc. - Innovating and contributing to thought leadership in new areas like Social Listening, Cyber Security, Intelligent Automation etc. - Leading or contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and capability development - Supporting a team of Solution Architects from various markets to help identify the right solution for comms for clients, within larger transformation opportunities - Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language - Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry - Includes some travel for client projects etc.,

Integrate the use of Generative AI (such as ChatGPT) to draft, brainstorm, refine, and elevate communication deliverables with speed and quality. Weekly Newsletter - The Monday Mail Editing Own and manage the weekly global newsletter, The Monday Mail: Edit and refine submissions to ensure clarity, consistency, brand voice, and engagement. Curate content by collaborating with global stakeholders and identifying key company updates and stories. Use analytics tools to track performance, derive insights, and optimize future editions. Employ GenAI capabilities to assist with content repurposing, headline generation, summary writing, and tone adjustments as needed.

Job Title: Senior Manager Persistency (Content Development) Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 6 – 8 Years Function: Operations / Customer Engagement / Content Management Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Content Development function within the Persistency team. This role involves overseeing the creation of compelling, compliant, and customer-centric communication across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in content strategy, creative development, campaign execution, vendor governance, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead a content development team to produce targeted and engaging communication for customers, aligned with business goals. Explore and implement new digital and offline channels to enhance customer outreach and engagement. Design and manage customer communication campaigns aimed at improving policy renewals through non-intrusive, value-driven messaging. Track and optimize campaign performance using analytical tools, ensuring high ROI and persistency improvement. Ensure all content and communication activities comply with internal guidelines, audit norms, information security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Identify and lead special projects that contribute to persistency enhancement and operational efficiency. Manage vendor relationships: Conduct regular governance reviews, assess performance, and drive improvements and innovation across third-party partners. Oversee the timely clearance of vendor invoices and manage agreement renewals in coordination with compliance and procurement teams. Preferred Skills & Competencies Proven experience in content creation , campaign management , and communications strategy . Prior exposure to tools like Adobe Campaign Classic , Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , Customer Journey Analytics , or other marketing automation platforms. Strong team leadership , stakeholder management , and vendor governance capabilities. Deep understanding of regulatory compliance , risk management , and audit controls in communication functions. Project management proficiency with the ability to handle multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite , with emphasis on data interpretation, reporting, and presentation. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
