Insyde Studio Innovations LLP Working Location : Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and generate leads through various channels. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored design solutions. Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closure, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, preparing reports and providing insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing client needs effectively. Preferred candidate profile Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Interior Design Knowledge: Understanding of interior design concepts, trends, and materials. Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM, PMS tools and data-driven decision-making. Leadership & Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Familiarity with local trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
