As a Senior Legal Associate, your role will involve contracts reviewing and drafting, legal research, data privacy compliance, and RBI regulatory compliance. You will be required to assist in day-to-day operations within the legal department, including documentation, liaising with external teams, drafting notices, official letters, and providing support to other departments as necessary. You will also work closely with a group of business leaders who will provide direction and guidance throughout various projects. **Responsibilities:** - Contracts review and drafting, legal research, data privacy compliance, RBI regulatory compliance. - Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. - Understanding and adherence to all policies related to the organization. - Ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed. **Qualifications:** - Experience of 2-4 years in a law firm or in any fintech corporate. - Qualification as a Law graduate (preferably from a National Law University). - Familiarity with data protection. - Good communication skills (both verbal and written), flexibility, and open-mindedness. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company material. - Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback.,
