Recruitment :In-house recruitment . ( Sourcing candidates from various portals i.e Naukri, LinkeIn, etc) To shortlist the candidates. To schedule the interview as per the availability of HOD. To conduct the initial screening interview. To Coordinate with respective HOD for finalization of the candidates. Offer negotiation. To prepare offer letters, appraisal letters etc. Joining formalities, Exit formalities, Indusction, onboarding. MIS : To maintain the database of candidates in Excel.
