Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Warishnagar. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and managing employee relations. The role involves coordinating HR functions such as performance management, training, and development. Additionally, the HR Manager will ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Qualifications Human Resources Management and Employee Relations skills Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience Performance Management and Training & Development expertise Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role Experience in the trading and wholesale industry is a plus
