Job Responsibilities: · Responsible for understanding the story board inputs and getting it implemented in course · Responsible for project deliveries as per the plan · Manage and train courseware designers if needed · Creating slides/pages, aligning graphics and text, editing audio and video elements · Responsible for Producing the course slides/pages Includes: PPT image editing/ audio editing/Video editing/text alignment/Graphical alignment/debugging /feedback implementation (client & internal) · Responsible to create animations according to SB Experience: · 2 years’ experience in designing developing eLearning courses using authoring tools. Candidate Profile: · Proficient in developing courses with eLearning Authoring tools · Preferable if proficient in Photoshop, Dream weaver, Sound forge, Video pad, Premier, Video Scribe, MS-Power Point · Basic Scripting knowledge · Interpersonal Skills · Should be a team Player · Should have good communication skills · Should be able to work in a team, accept feedbacks and show continuous improvement.
