As a Quality Manager at Sagar Hospitals, Jayanagar, T Block, Bangalore, you will be responsible for establishing, coordinating, and monitoring the quality assurance programme. Your role will involve maintaining Quality systems in both clinical and non-clinical areas. You will be required to coordinate and perform quality assurance audits according to predefined standards and present findings, suggestions, and corrective actions to higher-level management. Monitoring the implementation of NABH Standards within the hospital, standardizing policies and procedures, and collecting and analyzing hospital Quality indicator data will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate hospital-wide committees and multi-disciplinary teams, conduct medication management and documentation audits, and collaborate on facility management audits with the safety officer and team. Your role will also include coordinating and monitoring Mock Disaster Drills, Fire Drills, and other safety drills, focusing on infection control, patient safety, clinical audit, and Mock Surveys. Conducting training on NABH standards for staff, providing orientation on Quality Programmes for newly joined staff, and carrying out improvement projects to implement necessary changes in processes and protocols will be essential tasks. Ensuring the overall quality of service provided to patients from non-clinical operations will be a critical part of your role as the Quality Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
