Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities: Performing installations, commissioning, and trouble-shooting of Parker Meggitt Hardware and Software Products including loop checks, system tests during start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance at customer locations. Assuring the service is executed in a timely manner in accordance with the customer's schedule and contractual commitments. Preparation of job-planning documents based to Assignments Scope of Work (Installation, Upgrade) Provide leadership and technical direction to skilled labor, performing work at customer sites, maintaining strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within customer safety standards Identifying problems and take the initiative to eliminate those problems for project/service success while monitoring site safety. Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future field service interventions in a timely manner. Driving customer satisfaction through commitment to quality supporting growth initiatives of the business To be successful in this role you will have: Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Experience in utilizing hand tools on machinery in a production environment. Experience in technical and customer service skills with direct client interaction. The ability to travel up to 80% of the time including short notice assignments especially during peak seasons. The ability to work independently without direct supervision. Solid problem-solving skills
