Commis III Indian/Chinese

Role Overview: As a Commi III at the renowned cloud kitchen brand, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the high quality of North Indian and Chinese cuisines served across all food outlets. Knowledge of Bengali preparations would be an additional asset. You will work closely with your department to uphold hygiene control standards and provide courteous service at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare North Indian and Chinese cuisines with high quality standards - Work closely with the department to maintain hygiene control standards - Ensure courteous and professional service, addressing guest complaints promptly - Collaborate with the head chef for smooth kitchen operation - Maintain personal appearance and hygiene standards - Adhere to fire safety protocols and take necessary actions in case of a fire - Maintain cleanliness in the department to meet hygiene and safety standards - Order fresh produce and dry goods for kitchen use - Ensure compliance with company procedures related to fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and security Qualifications Required: - Experience in preparing North Indian and Chinese cuisines - Knowledge of Bengali preparations (an asset) - Familiarity with fire safety protocols - Dedication and commitment to upholding brand standards ,
