Role Overview: As a Commi III at our renowned brand in the cloud kitchen business, you will be expected to have experience in preparing North Indian and Chinese cuisines. Knowledge of Bengali preparations would be considered an additional asset. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the high quality of food served across all food outlets. You will work closely with your department to maintain hygiene control standards and provide assistance when needed. It is imperative that you deliver courteous and professional service at all times, promptly addressing any guest complaints and communicating them to the head chef. Collaboration with the head chef is essential to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. You must uphold a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene while fostering positive relationships with colleagues and other departments. Additionally, being well-versed in fire safety protocols and knowing the necessary actions to take in case of a fire is crucial.
