In this role at Bravura Gold Resort, you will have the opportunity to assist the executive chef, line chefs, and other kitchen employees in food production. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients and delegates, producing various foods such as vegetables, meats, and pastries, ensuring timely preparation and service of food to clients, upholding health and safety standards in the kitchen, aiding in menu development, keeping the restaurant clean, making food requisitions, and storing leftover food.
