In this role at Bravura Gold Resort, you will be assisting the executive chef, line chefs, and other kitchen employees in food production. You will also help maintain high cuisine standards for function clients and delegates, produce a variety of foods such as vegetables, meats, and pastries, ensure timely food preparation and service to clients, uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen, contribute to menu development, oversee cleanliness of the restaurant, make food requisitions, and manage food storage. To excel in this position, you should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed hotel or restaurant, be able to read and write fluently, follow instructions well, possess basic math skills, have knowledge of different menus and ingredients, and have a smart personality.
