Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of North Indian and Tandoor dishes as per standardized recipes.
  • Operate and maintain the Tandoor oven, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times.
  • Prepare marinades, dough, spices, and other mise en place as required.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with HACCP or company guidelines.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
  • Support the senior chefs in daily operations and help with other sections when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen.
  • Receive and store kitchen supplies and stock.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
