Qualifications & Skills Prior experience as Commis 1/2 is preferred; freshers can apply for Commis 3. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety. Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Work Environment Requires standing for extended periods. Physically demanding, hot and fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexible schedule including weekends and rotational shifts.
