Position : Inside Sales Executive Experience : 2 to 5 Years Location : Ahmedabad Industry Preference : Chemicals / Polymers / PVC / Industrial Products Gender Preference : Female Candidates Preferred Role Overview : We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to support our business development efforts in the PVC division. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation , customer outreach, and inside sales coordination, ensuring effective engagement with new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities : Proactively generate qualified leads through calls, emails, digital tools, and CRM platforms Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and present relevant product solutions Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and regularly update the CRM system Prepare quotations, basic proposals, and follow-ups with prospects to convert leads Stay informed about market trends, product developments, and competitor activities Candidate Profile : Graduate in Science/Commerce/Engineering; MBA or sales training is a plus 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation roles, preferably in chemical, polymer, or industrial B2B sectors Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy; experience using CRM tools and MS Office. Strong initiative, persistence, and ability to work in a target-driven environment
