Personal Chef - Promoter's Residence We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Chef to oversee culinary operations at the residence of our esteemed promoters. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary expertise across various cuisines and demonstrate the ability to manage a private kitchen efficiently. Job Responsibilities: - Plan and prepare diverse and exquisite menus for daily meals, special occasions, and events, considering dietary preferences and restrictions. - Procure high-quality ingredients, ensuring freshness and optimal taste for all dishes. - Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a cohesive and productive team. - Maintain inventory levels and oversee kitchen budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. - Collaborate with household management to plan and execute events, coordinating seamlessly to meet the culinary requirements. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. - Should be able to cater 35 – 40 pax at a party Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role, preferably in private residences or esteemed establishments. - Proficiency in preparing a wide range of cuisines with a keen understanding of flavour profiles, cooking techniques, and presentation. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff effectively. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with household members, guests, and external service providers. - Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Preferred Qualifications : - Culinary degree or relevant certification from a reputable institution. - Experience in high-end catering or private dining settings. - Knowledge of dietary requirements, nutrition, and special cooking techniques.
