Role & responsibilities Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes including but not limited to Szechuan, Cantonese, Hakka, and Indo-Chinese varieties. Handle wok station, dim sum, fried rice/noodles, sauces, and stir-fry sections efficiently. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
