Your responsibilities in this role include: - Optimizing the IKEA shopping experience in your shop to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales. - Maximizing sales within your area of responsibility by utilizing your product knowledge, understanding of top-sellers, 3 Aces and 1 King, and knowledge of the local market and customers. - Contributing to fulfilling the four tasks of the IKEA store. - Actively engaging with customers to identify their needs, provide advice, and exceed their expectations. - Utilizing various IKEA sales and communication channels to cater to different customer needs. - Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, pricing, and stock levels in your area of responsibility. - Sharing your passion for IKEA products with customers and colleagues. - Understanding and contributing to store and department action plans. - Offering all available services in the store to enhance the customer shopping experience. - Leading or supporting planned commercial activities within your department. - Maximizing sales while maintaining profitability by focusing on top-selling products. - Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities to ensure high stock availability. - Being knowledgeable about IKEA's social and environmental commitments and contributing to sustainability.
