As a Formulation & Development Executive in the Formulation & Development department, you will be responsible for leading formulation development projects and identifying robust cosmetic and topical medicinal formulations for dermatology through lab experiments. Your role will involve serving as the technical project lead, authoring technical documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for knowledge transfer for commercial manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting challenges, and staying updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvements in the product development process. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing laboratory experiments for formulation and process development, conducting sample stability studies to ensure product performance and shelf life compliance, analyzing scientific data to advise on robust formulations, and selecting suitable cosmetic ingredients. You will also be tasked with drafting technical documentation such as formulation development reports, process development reports, and technical transfer documents. Furthermore, you will support commercial manufacturing through the technology transfer of developed formulations and production processes, and participate in information management including the management of procedures and status reports (PDRs, COA, MSDS, and Stability Reports). To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelors/Masters in Pharma and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. This position is based in Chandigarh.,
