Our consistent commitment to excellence has earned us the accolade of being recognized as a Best Managed Company for four consecutive years, with the honor of being named the 2024 Best Managed Company Gold Standard Winner. **Position Title:** Commercial Finance Specialist **Department:** Finance **Location:** Mumbai **Responsibilities:** - Processing and verifying Distributors Rebate Claims against sales data/invoices, obtaining approvals in Distributor ERP, and CN processing in SAP - Determining month-end provisioning and executing journal vouchers - Coordinating with Distributors for claim submissions and addressing their queries - Collaborating with Sales/Service teams - Handling claims for Indonesia and Thailand - Facilitating coordination with various stakeholders to oversee the transition to vistex for Indonesia/Thailand - Developing a blueprint for extending coverage to other markets in SE Asia **Key Result Areas:** - Ensuring the accuracy of processed claims and adhering to verification procedures - Leading projects focused on automation and process enhancements related to commercial finance **Experience/Education/Training:** - Graduation in Finance/CMA/CA/MBA finance is desirable - Proficiency in MS Excel - SAP experience is preferred **Solenis ReBoot Programme:** Are you ready to relaunch your career Join Solenis ReBoot programme, designed to support women returning after a career break due to family, education, or personal reasons.
