About Manilal & Bros

Established in 1935, Manilal & Bros is an industrial products distributor and an authorised distributor of L&T Valves, NBC Bearings and George Fischer.

We are looking for an experienced, organised and hands-on Commercial Executive to independently manage our day-to-day quotations, accounts, documentation and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations and handle incoming enquiries.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
• Handle Tally entries, basic accounts and ledger maintenance.
• Manage e-way bills, e-invoices and GST-related documentation.
• Maintain purchase orders, sales records and outstanding payment details.
• Handle routine office and commercial documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial trading, distribution or engineering products.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and Gmail.
• Good understanding of GST, invoicing, e-way bills and basic accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office and professional email correspondence.
• Ability to independently manage daily responsibilities with accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
