About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven marketing professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new industrial clients, contractors, and project stakeholders through field visits, cold calls, and direct interactions . This is not a desk job – if you're passionate about building relationships, exploring new markets, and working on the ground, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Visit industrial areas, plants, and construction/project sites to identify potential clients Research and track upcoming and ongoing industrial projects Establish contact with purchase managers, project engineers, and contractors Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and site visits Gather customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide quotations Report daily field activity and client interactions Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial marketing, B2B sales, or related field Strong understanding of industrial sectors such as manufacturing, EPC, pharma, or process industries Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site Good communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with strong time management skills Own vehicle preferred Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Fuel/travel allowance Opportunity to work with a reputed industrial supplier Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
