Have experience interpreting commercial contracts and understanding their billing impact. Know your way around advanced Excel (and ideally have exposure to tools like MySQL, Python, or Macros). Are comfortable working with ERPs, data visualization platforms, and ticketing systems. Enjoy cross-functional collaboration—with business, ops, finance, and client teams.
