Position: Junior Associate – Foreign Trade Policy & Customs Location: Jasola, New Delhi Timings: Monday - Friday (9:30 am- 6 am) ; Saturday (9:30 am -2 pm ) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Associate to join our firm, specializing in Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) and Customs laws . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end support on regulatory filings, legal research, drafting, and field-level coordination with DGFT, Customs, and other authorities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in handling matters related to Foreign Trade Policy and Customs laws . Prepare and file various applications, representations, and returns under FTP and Customs regulations. Conduct detailed legal and regulatory research and stay updated with the latest policy changes and circulars. Draft professional legal documents, client communications, and internal memos. Undertake field visits to DGFT, Customs, and allied authorities for submissions, follow-ups, and hearings. Coordinate with clients and authorities on routine compliance matters. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Strong research and analytical abilities. Excellent drafting and written communication skills. Fluent verbal communication and client-handling capability. Willingness to travel for field work and authority visits. Practical approach with a keen interest in learning and growing in the field of trade compliance and policy. Eligibility: Graduate in Law / Commerce / Economics / International Business preferred. 0–2 years of experience in a similar field (Freshers with relevant internships may apply). Prior experience in customs or FTP is not mandatory – on-the-job training will be provided.
