Key Responsibilities: Assist in handling matters related to Foreign Trade Policy and Customs laws . Prepare and file various applications, representations, and returns under FTP and Customs regulations. Conduct detailed legal and regulatory research and stay updated with the latest policy changes and circulars. Draft professional legal documents, client communications, and internal memos. Undertake field visits to DGFT, Customs, and allied authorities for submissions, follow-ups, and hearings. Coordinate with clients and authorities on routine compliance matters. Eligibility: Graduate in Law / Commerce / Economics / International Business preferred. 0–2 years of experience in a similar field (Freshers with relevant internships may apply). Prior experience in customs or FTP is not mandatory – on-the-job training will be provided.
