We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in Residential and Commercial Constructions to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing project costs, budgets, and financial planning to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. Your responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and managing cost estimates and budgets, conducting quantity take-offs, and accurately estimating materials. You will also monitor project expenditures, ensure adherence to budget allocations, evaluate and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers, and maintain project documentation, reports, and records. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in civil Residential projects. Proficiency in cost estimation software and the MS Office Suite is required. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a total of 5 years of work experience, with a preference for in-person work location.
