We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience to lead Agile development teams in delivering high-quality eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of SFCC project delivery cycles. You will work closely with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of SFCC initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings. Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile best practices. Required Qualifications: bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years on SFCC projects . Solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) project lifecycle and delivery practices. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Experience using Agile tools (eg, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to handle multiple SFCC teams or projects simultaneously.
