The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in social media management and be comfortable with a hybrid work setup, combining office hours and remote work. As a Social Media Manager, your main responsibilities will include monitoring and managing influencer social media accounts across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. You will be in charge of comment moderation, including responding to comments, banning/unbanning users, and fostering a positive community environment. Additionally, you will engage with fans, manage fan pages, and ensure active interaction with the audience. Another aspect of the role involves basic photo and video editing tasks like cropping, applying filters, and adding captions before posting content. You will also be responsible for maintaining brand consistency by reviewing influencers" attire, makeup, hairstyle, and backdrop. It will be essential to keep records of engagement metrics, banned users, and fan interactions for data management purposes. The successful candidate should possess familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Photoshop, in addition to having strong communication skills for fan interaction. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including evening shifts and remote monitoring and engagement after 7:00 PM. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement. The work schedule consists of day shifts, with a hybrid work location arrangement that includes both in-person office hours from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and remote work post 7:00 PM for monitoring and engagement tasks.,
