Role & responsibilities 1. Manage Agency Accounts: Monitor and control all financial activities related to company agents. 2. Statement of Accounts (SOA): Review and verify agent SOAs to ensure accuracy and timely settlements. 3. Payment Tracking: Record, allocate, and track all incoming payments; make sure payments are received within due dates. 4. Reconciliation: Reconcile balances between Head Office and agent submissions, and resolve any differences quickly. 5.
