The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions. The Specialist will also be in charge of sales management and overseeing the day-to-day sales operations to ensure targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Ability to conduct Training sessions Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction industry is a plus
